Tarot of Oneness

Hi everyone!  I hope you're all having a beautiful day!  I thought I would reach out to you all to let you  know that I am officially announcing the launch of my Tarot of Oneness campaign on Kickstarter on May 11th.  So exciting and nerve-wreaking lol.  For those of you who have run a kickstarter campaign before, you know exactly what I'm talking about.  :)

This deck will follow the standard RWS system, but there is a bit of a twist.  This deck was created to help you explore and remember our Oneness.  We are all channelling the energy of the fool when we step into a new adventure with innocence and excitement. We all experience death and rebirth, justice, judgement and the lure of unhealthy vices. We all need to be reminded to see things from a new perspective and that the ending of one thing is the beginning of another.

I have chosen to express the energy of each card in this deck by inviting you to step in to each experience. Sometimes, you are stepping in as a human being having a human experience. Other cards give you the opportunity to channel the energy of pure animal instinct. Just as the monarch butterfly cycles through its lifetime, soaring to new adventures when instinctively guided, you also experience those cycles. By immersing yourself in the energy of each card, you will be reminded that we are all one.

I have also made a decision regarding the court cards. Instead of imagining what each individual figure on the court cards would look like, I would draw the energy they exuded instead. My goal was to stay away from gender and hierarchy as much as possible.

Here is what I decided upon:

• The Pages have been renamed Inspiration - I chose this word for the Pages as it reflects the initial excitement that emerges with starting something new - when that spark of inspiration hits and the ideas and visualizations start flowing.
• The Knights have been renamed Action - The Knights in the Tarot of Oneness are about taking the ideas that came up during the inspiration phase and doing something with them.  Each of these cards shows movement and energy according to the suit they represent.
• The Queens have been renamed Spirit - These cards represent those who embody the spirit of each suit.  These individuals have fully embraced the emotions associated with each suit and are fully grounded in those energies.
• The Kings have been renamed Power - These individuals project the energy of each suit outwards.  They have grown and evolved through the inspiration, action and spirit phases. They now have all the power that comes with knowledge and experience.

The Decks are Done!!!

Great news...

The Glow Oracle has finished production and the decks are on their way to the fulfillment centre!  I should be able to start sending them out as early as next week. Once they arrive, I will take some photos and add them to my etsy shop for those who may know friends that might like a copy. :)

As I have mentioned before, you will receive multiple shipments. I will be sending everyone a thank you note as well as greeting cards and keychains for those who ordered them from my location in Ontario, Canada. The decks themselves will be sent from the fulfillment centre (with a few exceptions). This was the most economical way to get everything to you as shipping is crazy expensive these days. Backers who purchased the deck wrap will be receiving them directly from the wonderful Lisa Thom of the Auld Spaewife in Scotland. :)

Surveys

There are still a few backers who have not completed their surveys. Although multiple reminder emails have gone out, I do know that they occasionally end up in our junk and spam folders. If you don't receive an email with a tracking number from me/Backerkit within the next couple of weeks, then you may be one of those who have yet to complete your survey. There's only a few of you... but please know that you can reach out and we can get it all sorted so that you can receive your shipments. Tarot of Oneness

I thought I would take this opportunity to share some news... I have been working away at a new tarot deck while The Glow Oracle has been in production. I am aiming to have it ready for print by Spring 2022. It may end up being closer to the summer, but time will tell. The process is taking a while as I am deeply focusing on the energy of each card and working towards making it a very impactful experience for the reader. 

I have chosen to illustrate the deck in such a way that you are being invited to step right in to energy of each card. Sometimes you are stepping in as a human being having a human experience. Other cards give you the opportunity to channel the energy of pure animal instinct. 

I have chosen the name of the deck to be Tarot of Oneness as it is designed to help us remember that we are intricately connected. It will help us begin to dissolve the concept of duality and the feeling that we are alone in this world.  We are all channelling the energy of the fool when we step into a new adventure with innocence and excitement. We all experience death and rebirth, justice, judgement and the lure of unhealthy vices. We all need to be reminded to see things from a new perspective and that the ending of one thing is the beginning of another. 

By immersing yourself in the energy of each card, you will be reminded that we are all One. Together, we can truly connect with each other and appreciate the extraordinary beauty of being in tune with the emotional, intellectual and creative energies that swirl around and through us at all times.

Digital Guidebook

Hello everyone!  

I thought it might be a good time for a quick update and a heads up about a decision I have made regarding the guidebook. 

Quick Project Update - I have been busy getting everything lined up so The Glow Oracle is ready to ship the moment the printer is done. Most of that work is complete and I'm waiting on a more specific timeline from the printer. They have had an exceptionally busy year which is delaying their response time. As soon as I know when they will be shipping, I will share that with all of you. 

Digital Guidebook - I have decided to send all backers a digital copy of the guidebook. It is full of information regarding the creatures of The Glow Oracle and I thought it might be helpful for those who want to do a bit of advance reading. That way... when you get the deck, you're ready to start working with it right away. I am figuring out how to send the guidebook through Backerkit right now. You should receive the link shortly. Please reach out if you have any troubles with it.

Surveys -I resent the survey email to a few backers this morning.  If you received that email, thank you in advance for completing it! I don't want anyone left off the initial shipment list. :)

Quick Backerkit Update - Locking Orders

The month of November is flying by! It's hard to believe that the holiday season is only weeks away. Where does the time go? Today is the day for locking orders on Backerkit.  What this means is that they will go ahead and collect your shipping fees, as well as the fees for any other items you added to your order. My intention was to send a message to you all on the 14th to remind you... but the day got ahead of me and I neglected to send one to you. So... I will wait until tomorrow to lock orders. :)

Quick updates... 

• The printer is still on track for printing to be done early to mid-December.  I'm still waiting for photos of the progress from them. 
• Pre-orders will be available on Etsy shortly, in the event you have friends or family interested in getting a copy. 
• Add-ons will be shipped out by the end of the month. You should receive these before you receive your deck. 
• If you haven't filled out your Backerkit survey, I will not be able to send your rewards to you. Please take a moment to make sure you've completed this step.

Well hello everyone! I am pleased to report that all cards, box and book proofs have been approved and production should start shortly! I sooooo hope to have everything shipped before the end of 2021. That's the goal and so far and we seem to be right on track. I will keep you posted.

The Plan for Shipping

The decks are going to be shipped to you from a fulfillment centre once the production process is complete. This option gave me the opportunity to provide more reasonable shipping rates to all of you. It also means the decks will get to you faster as they don't have to travel to me in Canada first before sending them your way. I am also having some decks sent to my home so I can fulfill local orders in person.

If you have ordered a keychain or greeting card package, I will be shipping those to you directly. The deck wraps will be coming to you from lovely Scotland. This means you may get a few Glow Oracle deliveries within the next couple of months. Who doesn't love receiving multiple packages in the mail?!  I'll send a message out to everyone when the packages have been shipped so you will have a better idea of timing.  

Deck Wraps

I just received my deck wrap from The Auld Spaewife and I couldn't love it more!! It's so beautiful. The fabric is vibrant and the beads and charm are lovely. It's superbly made and I'm so excited to have one! If you're not already following @the.auld.spaewife on instagram, you really must! The wraps will be available in my etsy store after backerkit orders are locked. This will give you the opportunity to grab one in the future if you wish, but please be forewarned that the price will raise a bit.

Foil and Edging

During the Kickstarter campaign, I specified that the card edges would be a rainbox sapphire colour with shimmering iridescence. This is still the case, and I think it's going to be beautiful and completely inline with the theme of the deck as iridescence is one of the light phenomena highlighted in the Oracle. I have also made the decision to add the same colour of iridescent foil on the box. I think it will be the icing on the cake... the cherry on top. I will send pics when the printer has some for me.

Backerkit Nagging

This update also gives me the opportunity to nag the backers who haven't completed their Backerkit survey yet. 87% have already completed this step. To ensure you will receive your packages, this survey does need to be completed. I don't know where to ship your rewards without this task completed. I promise... it's quick to complete and relatively painless. :) If you can't locate your email with the link to complete the survey, send me a message at @soulsticehealing or [email protected] and I will re-send it to you. I get it.. my inbox folder is a bit crazy with messages and it can be easy to lose.  I don't mind sending you a new email. :)

Locking Orders

And last, but not least, I will be locking orders on Backerkit on November 15th.  That's when your cards will be charged for shipping and any other orders you have placed since the Kickstarter campaign ended.
