Hi everyone. I thought I'd take a moment to provide you all with a quick update. The files for The Glow Oracle are now at the printer, and I'm not-so-patiently awaiting the next step. I will keep you all updated as progress continues. :)

Backerkit Surveys

Approximately 82% of backers have completed their Backerkit surveys. For the rest of you that have not done this yet, there's still time, so no worries.  If you didn't see the email in your inbox, please check your junk/spam folders. It takes only a moment to complete, and ensures I have your address to ship the deck to you when it's ready to go.

Greeting Card Backers

I have added two new greeting card packages (E and F) to the add-on options. For those of you who ordered greeting cards while the kickstarter campaign was live, please know that you are welcome to adjust which packages you've ordered. If you prefer a different package (with the same number of cards in it) from the ones you've already ordered, please send me an email at [email protected]. I will update your order to reflect your new selection. To review which creatures are in all of them, please visit my preorder page on Kickstarter, or through Backerkit.

Production and Backerkit Update

Hello everyone and Happy Thanksgiving to my Canadian backers! Autumn is in full swing where I am, and the colours of the leaves are spectacular! I hope you are all enjoying a lovely weekend wherever you are. :)

The Kickstarter funds for The Glow Oracle have arrived and the production process will be starting early this coming week. All of the files are ready to upload to the printer once they are back from holidays this coming Monday. 

A few updates for you all…

Surveys

You will all be receiving your Backerkit surveys shortly. I’m waiting for Backerkit to review all the details of the campaign to make sure I have set everything up correctly. Once I’ve received their approval, the surveys will make their way to you. You will be asked to confirm your address and pay for shipping. You will also have the opportunity to add some items on to your order if you wish.

Add-Ons

I have an exciting addition to the add-ons available for The Glow Oracle. I teamed up with The Auld Spaewife (@the.auld.spaewife) to create a gorgeous deck wrap. If you haven't checked out Lisa's work on instagram, you must follow her!  Her designs are beautiful and she is wonderful to work with. I created the custom sea angel fabric design, we chatted about options and she worked her magic from there. I am so pleased with the result!  The wrap features angel aura quartz and teal banded agate beads, and a cute jellyfish charm.

Now that the kickstarter campaign has finished, I wanted to take a moment to thank every one of you for making The Glow Oracle a reality.  This wouldn’t be possible without your help and I am so very grateful for your support. 💖💖💖 

Kickstarter is busy collecting pledges from everyone right now. Check your email for any messages you may have received from them to ensure your pledge was processed properly. When the funds have been released, I will be ready to get the production part of this project underway! All of the files are ready to go and I’m more than ready to get that process rolling. 😀 

 I have decided to use Backerkit to help keep everything organized. You will be receiving a quick survey within the next week. This survey will give you the opportunity to confirm your delivery details and purchase add-ons if you wish. I’m busy working on the final details for theses items and will have an update shortly.

The Glow Oracle - Shipping update and other great stuff

Hello everyone!  Let me start by saying thank you to everyone who has backed The Glow Oracle so far.  I appreciate your support so much, and I can't wait to get the deck into your hands. For those who are following but haven't backed it yet, thank you so much for considering it and keeping an eye on the campaign. :)

Shipping Update

I have some great news regarding shipping. When I launched the campaign, I was provided quotes based on shipping from Canada.  I just finished meeting with a fulfillment house and am sooooo excited to let you all know that shipping is going to be much, much less than originally anticipated.  I am estimating between $10 and $20 (Canadian $) for a single deck depending on where you are located.  I will confirm these numbers early next week when I've had the opportunity to finalize the amounts for different locations.  My account is being set up with the fufillment centre so I can run some numbers and be more specific. At this point,  I can say that it will cost no more than $20 and most likely quite a bit less.

New Card

There was one card in The Glow Oracle that I felt compelled to re-visit.  I have switched out the Cayuga Duck for the Mandarin Duck. I felt it was a better fit for the deck due to its stunning beauty and significance. If you haven't already seen it, this is what it looks like:

Last, but not least, I want to give a shout-out to another wonderful deck currently on Kickstarter. Odin's Playbook is a Tarot deck that features Viking imagery and symbolism. It is vibrant and highly intuitive. If you're looking for a new Tarot deck, it may just be the one. :)
